I would give this bank -5 stars if I could. They are the absolute worst. When we moved from Bank of America in NC to US Bank in OH, we figured it would be just another bank. Boy were we wrong. We have had nothing but trouble with them. We have had problems with the internet bill pay (them sending out the payment BEFORE the pay date, putting us into a negative and then charging us several fees for that, then they were supposed to take off a fee for something that was not our fault (the company we paid took it out of the wrong account and they charged us with an overdraft fee after they said they wouldn't when the company put the money back in and took it out of the correct account, then they charged a "negative account fee" on top of that!! This bank LOVES to charge all kinds of fees for no reason (like 25 cents for using your debit card). FIND ANOTHER BANK!!!! ...read more
