The store appears to be a retail sports store on the outside, but when you walk in...you get an unfriendly, uncomfortable, uninvited feeling. The do retail, as well as have contracts with local school and recreational sports teams...Either way Awkward! There are two gentlemen who are partners and are the only ones who work at the store, but stay back in the office area located in the back of the store with no one at the counter ever. You literally have to walk to the back of the store office area to speak about ordering, picking up, or purchasing something. Even after doing that...they give you the impression that you are intruding, interrupting, or an annoyance...I absolutely dread every time I have to walk into that store to order and purchase gear due to the team sport contracts my kids are involved in...Otherwise, I'd never walk into that store. ...read more
