This body shop has had my car over 70 days. You can't reach anyone on the phone and their hours are all over the place.They painted my car the first time and after 2 years it started peeling all over the place.So they said they would fix it for free. Now 77 days later my car is in pieces and still not done and the owner Danny keeps telling me he's getting divorced and a family member died.Now I'm looking into legal action...Do not use this body shop!!! ...read more

I only give one star because there was not an option to give none. My Saturn broke down with a seniod problem. I tested it myself on a computer and I could not fix it myself so I took it to Mcdaniels. At first they told me there was nothing wrong with it and magically 8 hours later it was the whole transmission. Then they wanted 4,000 to fix it. I told them no way am I allowing them to fix it. So I made arrangements to take it to another shop. Well I guess the tow company that tow it to them did some damage. Took three weeks for them to fix it. Not to mention all the unanswered and return phone calls. I had no idea what was going on with my vehicle for the better part of the three weeks. They are overpriced and they have horrible consumer service. Next time I will have it towed to Columbus to have it fix screw the tow costs when you have a headache like this to deal with. this is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer.
