Daughter took driver's training in July 2008. They could not schedule her for in-car until November 12 (although other people who took the class AFTER her were scheduled for in-car before her). Lou (manager) states there is nobody else above him to talk with & he has 6 months to schedule her in-car. Today (Nov 11) the instructor called & states he can't do her in-car because he does not have the paperwork & already scheduled another driver!!
