Very poor management. We had cockroaches throughout our entire stay - she lied at the beginning and said they never had issues with this. I know this was a lie because we discovered roach traps after moving in. We also had a sewer backup, and our basement apartment flooded twice during heavy rains. If they'd fixed that issue immediately, it would have only happened once. We had to stay the night in a hotel the first time, it was so bad. My friends lived in another of their buildings, and their heat didn't work all winter. If you live here, get Tom's number. Peggy will never call you back.
