I recently got a hitch and wiring installed on my vehicle here. They told me up front that the labor was going to be $75 per hour and it would be an hour labor. They called me during the installation to say they had some issues and that to finish the job it would cost another 1-1.5 in labor, this time they quoted me a rate of $95/hour. Before I had a chance to protest the price difference the manager said he would go ahead and do it for $75/hour. When I got the bill they had charged 3 total hours instead of 2.5, two at a rate of $75/hour and one hour at $95/hour. When I asked about it, they basically called me a liar and acted as if it was my problem and I would just have to get over it. After arguing with them for 15 minutes they would only credit me $20 back. So, I got charged an extra half hour of labor beyond what they told me it would be and they even tried to bump the labor on the first hour by $20. We bought running boards there, a truck cap and a couple other things and had them installed. The running boards started rusting the first year. After two years we went back to Pickups Plus to get them replaced under warranty. The manufacturers warranty did not cover installation. Pickups Plus charged us $100+tax to reinstall.
