I called Pete when my basement flooded and he sent his guys over to look at it. I did not have the money to pay him but he did the work anyway on a handshake. His guys did a great job and fixed everything within a couple of hours. I paid Pete a couple of weeks later when I got the money and he sent us a hand written note thanking us for our payment. I would recommend Pete the Plumber to anyone I know and I will never go anywhere else for these type of services. Thanks Again Pete! ...read more

I have a Hague 13BAQ water softener that supplied by an alternate company in 2003. John Corwin of the Better Water Store walked me through resetting the unit to the correct settings over the phone at no charge for 20 minutes.
