I bought a pump for my aererator in 2009. It has quit working 3 times in one year. I called for service again on Monday, August 9th. I called again on Wed, August 10th. I called again on Thur, August 11th and was told somebody would be there by 2:30 p.m. When they had not arrived by 5:30 pm, I called again. I was told they got held up and would be there. They called at 6:20 and asked if I was still going to be there. I told them yes and they replied they are on their way. It's now 7:30 p.m. I called again only to find their phone system going to voice mail, of course! Very very poor product and service. This is definitely a time when I wish I had not gone to local company but when to Columbus to get what I needed. Should I ever get this issue resolved, I will, of course, amend my review. ...read more
