"My satisfaction was guaranteed" it said in their advertising, but nothing was ever less true. The deliverers came at THEIR convenience, not at my scheduled time. They asked my husband to sign a waiver releasing THEM from responsibility should THEY mess up my expensive leather living room set. I called our sales person...she hung up on me.
