I'm sure there are jd"s out there that dont give good customer service, but i am totally impressed with the W117th location. The sales department was supurb!!!! The guys were laid back and were very funny....wasn't a dull moment while getting finaced. Since i have gotten my car i have had minor issues and the service department have been more than prompt. I want to thank my salesman David White for helping me and being patient with me while i purchased my vehicle. He was such a sweetheart and felt he really cared about what he does.
