I filed my return here, and they told me it would be in weeks ago. I am still waiting. Now they are saying February 10th. I have never had to wait this long, when I filed at H&R BLOCK. H&R BLOCK, does get you back a lot more money. ...read more

Me and my husband filed our tax return here, well actually we thought we were applying for a loan. The guy who did our taxes told us that we could apply for the loan, with our last pay stub of the year, and still file at H&R BLOCK. We filed for the loan, they told us it would be in on the 16th. We went two week's later on the 16th to pick up our check, and they told us we were not aproved. We were happy, because we had recieved our w2's and wanted to file at H&R BLOCK. We went to H&R BLOCK, and filed our taxes. When we went to pick up our check, they told us we were not aproved because we had allready filed somewhere else. We were pretty upset. We went back to INSTANT TAX SERVICE, and found out that we had allready filed, and were getting back over 1,000 dollars less than H&R BLOCK had gotten us. There was nothing we could do about it. The people at H&R BLOCK were so nice, and figured out for us what INSTANT TAX SERVICE had done wrong. We are still waiting. It was definetly not instant ...read more
