My lease is not up until November 29, 2009 but I made the mistake of signing a new lease earlier this week. I was told by a staff member that there is only one apt. available in my style at this time and they go quickly! When I came in to request to cancel my renewal (less than 24 hours later) I was told no, I already signed a legal and binding contact. This is true but very poor customer service since you have almost 4 months to find a renter and I only changed my mind one day later! Also, I was treated very differently (like the "enemy") once it was known I didn't want to renew my lease. I have been a model resident for over 2 years! ...read more

i moved in january of 08. i hate it. the staff is so nice to you, to get you to sign a lease. it's all down hill from there. i have a gap around my front door that rain, worms and cold air comes in. they told me that they would have to replace the door frame and the door and they told me they will not do it. along with the $65 "water" bill a month is nuts. i could go on and on about this place. it is not worth it. you can not get out of your lease for any reason at all. they will tell you that you can move out at any time but you will still have to pay rent each month. i hope this will helo someone else, i am just sorry i didn't reaserch before i moved in here. ...read more

Home Inspection for Sellers

The advantages for having a home inspected prior to sellingare many. You can have your own inspector inspect the home rather than be at the mercy of the buyers choice of inspectors. You can shedule the inspection at your own convenience. You will be alerted to any items of personal concern, such as radon gas or termite infestation. The report can help you reaistically price your home if problems exist. The report can also help you substantiate a higher asking price if problems don't exist or have been corrected. The report will reveal problems ahead of time. ...read more
