Was referred to them by another mortgage broker and completely mismanaged my loan application and ripped me out of a $455 appraisal fee after receiving their automated "preapproval" for the loan. All documentation was provided and then the games began. Two and one half months later the broker was requesting even more information for loans that never existed and weren't on credit profile. Experience was horrendous as no one in the documentation and approval chain seemed to have a clue as to what was going on. It was if they were coming up with excuses not to fund the loan.
