Service begins from the second I walk in the door. The reception staff are always warm and welcoming, a nice change these days. The owner Susan makes it her passion to greet all clients with conversation and attention while experiencing the best that any salon could offer. The talent pool of stylists employed there is impressive to say the very least. Cutting edge techniques and stylistic execution is emotionally moving and uplifting. I have been privileged to experience most of the stylists there and I can honestly say style and trends run deep in this salon. What an experience! I can't imagine going anywhere else. ...read more
The Spa at River Ridge

Unlike most salons, the Spa at River Ridge actually charges for a haircut that goes to Locks of Love. If a customer is kind and patient enough to grow out 10 inches of hair in order that cancer survivors have access to quality wigs, then is it too much to ask for a complementary hair cut? Kudos to those salons who put their money where their mouth is and offer real incentives to donate hair. ...read more

I've used Element's services for a few years. They have always been kind, courteous, and professional. As for the poor review below, perhaps the person wasn't aware of their days/hours of operation or didn't leave a voicemail to which one of the Element staff could respond. ...read more
