Customer service is terrible! This is in regards to the staff who show, order & charge for the eyewear. I have not been there for an eye exam so cannot speak for the optometry staff. First they carelessly forgot to charge for the order, so I had to call back & give my credit card info through the phone. Payment was never mentioned by employee, so I assumed I when I pick up the glasses. Now, I wish I never paid as it has been over 2 weeks & still no sign of the glasses. Called to find out the status & they have yet to let me know. I've never waited more than 3-4 days to get my glasses. Ridiculous! Not going back ever! ...read more

I have been a patient of this office for a number of years and have seen both Dr. Amanda and Dr. Bryan Delmore. Both provided exceptional care, taking the time needed to answer all my questions and help me figure out the best options for glasses at contact lenses. I have recommended many of my friends and co-workers to this office and can't say enough good things about the doctors and staff!!! I wish all doctor's offices were like this one! ...read more

This was my first time going to Sears Optical, this is the second year I haven't had vision insurance so I was trying to save some money. I went to a Pearl Vision last year and the cost was exuberant and the service was HORRIBLE. The Sears optical staff was great, they were friendly, helpful, explained the costs to me, explained all of the different promotions going on & helped me get a great deal on my glasses. They were running a little behind (which gave me time to look at glasses) but when I went in the doctor was very thorough, explained everything that he was doing, didn't act rushed or stressed and answered all of my questions. I got a new brand of contacts & thought they were expensive so when I got home I checked the price against 1800contacts and with the discount I got at Sears I paid less! If you need to replace the lenses in your glasses, do so carefully to keep your glasses in good condition. To replace lenses, remove the screws from your frames and push out the lenses.
