We took the whole family of four to get checked. The only one that needed galsses was me but they were patient with me picking out frames. They were honest, nice, and very clean. I would recommend them to anyone. They also accept VSP which was very helpful. Great selection of frames. ...read more

Recently paid over $400.00 for a pair of glasses I had to send back 3 times and after the 4th attempt my time was apparently out. I left a detailed message with Dr. Zender over a month ago, how disappointed I that I was NEVER able to wear these $400. glasses and never received a call back. Even the ladies in the office left word for him to call. Recently, I asked for the "useless" glasses and all of my family's records and explained why. Still NO CALLS or in other words no one cares!!! $400. is a huge amount of money for me to throw away, not including what the insurance paid. Stay away from this place!!!!! ...read more

The owner, E J Song, goes above and beyond to make sure her customers come back! \t\n\t\nShe helped me weight and measure my 14 boxes twice with out treating me like a burden. I had her pack 4 picture frames to be shipped to Dubai, UAE and she did an amazing job. E J also went above by making sure my already packed boxes were packed properly. Of course they were not so she added plastic and any needed padding. \t\n\t\nThe pricing for the amount of work she did was way below what I would expect. Especially since I could not promise her my business with shipping the boxes.\t\n\t\nShe fully packaged 4 Picture frames and re-packed and taped 12 other boxes for $100.
