I have been very unhappy with Comfort Xpress in Delaware Ohio. The installed a Dual Fuel heat pump in my house 2.5 years ago. Since then, it has required significant service 4 times. This time all the refrigerant has leaked out. The charged me $87.00 to tell me this and now want $500 to find the leak in a unit that they installed only 2.5 years ago. I'm not sure they know to stay away from flammable objects when using a blow torch. A plumber from Amanda decided to use a blow torch to sweat some pipes and ended up burning down two side by side condos. Two days before Christmas too!!!
