Accutech was recommended by our realtor, we really liked the idea of using the infrared and we used them to inspect a house for us. Our inspection was very in depth, I walked through most of the inspection with Tony and he explained everything as we went along. He uncovered details I missed the first time we looked at the house both good and bad. He uncovered many pre-purchase maintenance issues that needed to be dealt with.
