The Properties at Wright Field

5.0

By jennyfromtheblock

Since moving here over 2 years ago , I could not disagree more with the "Don't move here" review! The ladies in the front office and maintenance are always professional and helpful with whatever issues I may have. My kids have made many friends and they always look forward to the resident activities. I would recommend The Properties at Wright Field to any one! ...read more

The Properties at Wright Field

1.0

By Lousy

The level of management has gone down since we moved in. They do not enforce the resident handbook at all so if you have issues with neighbors, good luck. The new houses are horribly built with poor craftsmanship with the cheapest parts available. The walls are thin & wavy, the roof leaks, the interior doors don't close right. There are security issues now as well. ...read more

Moisture Scans

Infrared Thermography provides us with a picture of a specific condition of a building. Our infrared camera allow us the ability to see and locate what the naked eye may be unable to detect. Infrared images can capture thermal anomalies, under the right conditions, from moisture or water damage, roof leaks, stucco, EIFS, and window leakage, and thermal patterns. Infrared Thermography scans can pinpoint water damage, by locating leaks in homes, roofs, and heat loss from missing or deficient insulation. READ MORE... ...read more

Radon Testing

Radon is an odorless, invisible gas known to be a human lung carcinogen. Millions of homes and buildings contain high levels of radon gas. The EPA’s efforts are directed at locating homes with high levels and encouraging mitigation. As a means of prevention, the EPA and the Office of the Surgeon General recommend that all homes below the third floor be tested for radon. Because radon is invisible, a simple test is the only way to determine if a home has high radon levels. The EPA recommends mitigating homes with high radon levels and there are straight-forward reduction techniques that will work in most any home. Most homes will not have a radon problem, but there is a simple test to find out if you do or don’t have high radon levels in your home.- The US Environmental Protection Agency’s position on Radon. Infrared Services by Accutech Home Inspections

The only inspection company in Dayton that uses infrared thermography with every inspection! INFRARED TECHNOLOGY – The ability to “SEE” into walls, ceilings, and floors. Imagine if you had Superman’s power to “see” through walls. Accutech’s infrared imaging technology is the next best thing: Infrared detects tiny but crucial differences in temperature throughout a house, including behind the walls, beneath the floors and beyond ceilings. These temperature variations often reveal “invisible” problems concealed from the naked eye, including hidden moisture intrusion, roof and plumbing leaks, faulty wiring, energy loss, missing insulation, ventilation problems, structural concerns and moisture related to termite infestations. Most of these problems will go undetected in an ordinary visual inspection. But with an Accutech infrared home inspection, our inspectors can easily and quickly scan the house and pinpoint these concerns, providing you with additional vital information that competitors simply can’t offer.READ MORE... ...read more
