I booked the first appointment as they opened at 10. when I got there at 10, the one braider was already on someone else. I had to wait until 10:30 before a braider arrived. Then I had to wait another 20 mins before the second person (who they promised) would be on my head. My braider left for 45 minutes. My braids were nice but they were different lengths. They also DID NOT wash combs before moving from one head to another...YUCK!!!!! This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL braid shop I've been in. They even had (looked like) unlicensed teens braiding. The ladies were all unkept and dishelved and when you asked one a question, they all began speaking French. I would not recommend this shop unless you have all day to wait, do not mind the dirt, and unprofessionalism. They wont get my 200 or a dime from me EVER AGAIN!!!!! May 2014 ...read more
