First I want to say the Aides are beyond wonderful. When my Mom died they all showed up at the hospital so say good bye and were at the service. These kids have become family to me. As for management that is a different story. We were lied to when we signed up with things such as the residents have a menu to choose from (they get what they get), etc. Right now I am dealing with the fact that after my Mom's death I turned the key in as required and they have seven day to charge for the room. During the seven days they moved another resident into her room and they are continuing to charge us for the days somebody has been living in the room. At this point they are getting payment from two families for one room. I would recommend not putting anybody you love into this establishment. ...read more

My father did not received the required assistance while at Grand Court Assisted Living. He was hospitalized with 5 lower back fractures. For this he paid $5800 per month! I filed a complaint with Ohio Dept of Health, and my complaint was subsantiated. Grand Court Dayton was cited. ...read more

My mother has been a resident here for 2 years and each year the rent has increased 6% and has now outpriced what we can afford. Many activities available and transportation to essentials like church, bank, shopping and doctors. Very friendly caring staff. ...read more
