I love that the techs are down to earth, they provide real answers and are willing to dig in and solve issues. They take the time to explain and have even taken extra time to help with set up and simple questions about software and email! I would and have recommended them to everyone! ...read more

I would rate this as 0 Stars. To give DSL Service and support with no email and no email setup option or even offered an email account is bad service. I would go with ATT over these guys. If this is how they treat people in providing service I'll pay less money for ATT's service and support. Plus the cost to do a 1 year contract is much higher than ATT's as well as the Month to Month option. They need to get real technicians or close out. ...read more
