I am currently a tenant in the 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. My first year there was ok. The staff were nice and I had minor issues for instance the windows leak so when it was winter I felt a cold draft and the doors as well. I would put a towel down to keep the draft out. There were a few bugs in and there which is normal to me especially when you are living on the bottom floor. The apartment is outdated which is shown by the appliances and my bathroom cabinets were a mess but for what I was paying they are tolerable. My bedroom is very spacious and big but my closet doesn't store a lot. My second year here I am ready to move. Management has changed and they hardly ever answer the phone (which previous management did a good job at) and my first year here maintenance did a pretty good job coming here but with the new management it has gone down hill. There are so many kids that live here and their parents don't look after them and they are always playing in front of my door and are LOUD. My neighbors are friendly. I have a serious ant problem and I don't know where it is coming from and I keep my apartment very clean. This is a good apartment for someone starting out of college or currently in school but other than that I wouldn't recommend this place for long term living. ...read more

I have lived here for almost two years. The grounds are kept clean, the Condo is roomy and comfortable, the office staff is the best! I've only had two problems that I've had to call the management company about, and the issue was taken care of within hours. Great location as well, close to everything! ...read more

Lady in the rental office is crazy. They areso unprofessional. She loves to say "I am the boss, they're is know one above me" like she is Donald Trump....seriously lady get over yourself. We've all had our share of crappy landlords, but she takes the cake. She will cuss you out and then threaten to evict over the most minute situations. She's nuts! They even changed the apt names, I'm sure that's due to bad reputation. I have yet to read one semi decent review ...read more
