Fairlane mobile home park has poorly maintained roads, speed bumps that will drag smaller cars, and overall poor communication and help from the management and staff. The office is often closed during posted business hours, without a note saying they closed early. Calls have not been returned. They are also unwilling to work with tenants if they fall behind on lot rent. They will take you to court after just being late 10 days!
