I could not be more dissatisfied with this company. I was quoted a price and the final job came in more than double the quoted price. I had to fill out a police report because my neighbor said the crew was going through my mail. Their work was sloppy and unprofessional. I am having all of the work redone because it was that bad. ...read more

I am 3 years into my Trinity home in Dublin's Wyandotte Woods. I have been paying for the poor quality and anticipate it will continue. Windows have leaked over and over again. Within my one year warranty they band-aided them by caulking and I have had two professionals caulk since and still leaking so I am having them replaced. I recently also had all the trim repainted as they didn't use any primer and one very cheap coat of paint. Was evident within about 1.5 years as paint started to peal. The list goes on and on of things I have found over time. They are very good about covering up where they cut corners. Many of the things you don't realize until 2+ years into and until you have to have real professionals come that are educated and know what they are doing and point out all the very poor quality stuff done. Trinity has much of the same quality workmanship in there 400K+ homes as they do in their 150k homes.
