I needed a web form designed for a website. I wanted a site, nothing fancy, but I needed my ordering system to be done well, so I asked Media Mouse if they could do it for me. They quoted me a great price, but getting the site made was hassle. I was promised my site would be within a reasonable time frame and it wasn't. I was told they could do the order form the way I asked and it wasn't. The final straw was when I had meetings scheduled with them and that meeting was cancelled or rescheduled 3 times within a week. The last time I heard from them, it was voicemail from Dave, the person responsible for my web form, telling me he was (cough, cough) sick and couldn't meet like he promised. They wasted 4 months of my time for something I was eventually able to do myself in 4 days using GoDaddy. I would never recommend them. ...read more
