I purchased equipment from this company and it took about 5 weeks before I received the items. In my initial contact with them was told about 3 days. I would give them the benefit of the doubt and figure at least a week maybe 2. But 5 weeks. Come on! That was just the beginning. After inspecting the equipment, I noticed they were not the same as the pics they had sent me. In fact what they had sent me was junk that did not even work. I guess that's what they call the old bait and switch. Which I think is illegal. I had them take the equipment back and was offered better equipment or a refund. Well, I needed the equipment in order to open my business, so I opted for them to send me new equipment. Big Mistake. Another 2 weeks later, still no equipment or refund. They were nice and pleasant in the beginning to make the sale. But after that, it was all downhill. They told me the other equipment was sent out, but refuse to give me any kind of tracking information which leads me to believe the equipment was never sent out. Now they won't even return any messages. Unless you live locally and can deal with them face to face, I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company. I don't see how they have such a high rating if this is how they operate a business. I would give zero stars but it won't give you that option! I've read other complaints. We purchased an Taylor Soft serve machine from Todd and MJ On Feb. 16 2014, It arrived March 30… because they wanted it in perfect working order.. as well as was sent the wrong gaskets. When we got it it was Filthy and was Not in working order (still missing gaskets as well as wrong lids) They said they would rectify the problem ASAP and fed ex the parts. They said they had checked it before shipping… Well it was hardwired and we had to get an electrician to put a plug on it to be able to check if it even worked. IT DIDNT EVEN WORK. The machine produced liquid ice cream. We were not happy. We contacted Todd and MJ and were going to send the machine back for a full refund. Shipping would be on our part so we agreed with Todd and MJ to have a technician come and check out the problem and have it fixed because it would be easier from doing it from our end rather than from theirs. Well it was June before it was up and working. Now Todd and MJ have been avoiding our Phone calls as well as emails. I have kept all corresponding emails between us regarding their wanting and willing to resolve this. But once they got their money they obviously didn't have any intentions to fix their so called refurbished machine. I have contact and am currently working with ebay customer support with this case. Buyer be aware as well don't believe the 5 star rating… thats where we went wrong thinking they were (definitely not in our experience).
