I sent my playstation 3 in early April. In May I got a response from Mike (the owner?) saying he would get back to me soon. After that I got a phone call saying my motherboard was fried and that it would take 3-4 weeks...ok. After that I had the same problem as John: their phone line was cut off and their email account was dead. It looks like their phone is at least online now. I sent a voicemail and am waiting on a response. I hope I get SOME good news, but so far its been over 4 months with zero contact the past 2 and a half months. ...read more

I called their phone number Friday about my system (they had it for a month) and they got back to me. I got my system today and it is working. I am not sure about their website, it doesn't come up anymore, but their phone works and they did call me back (I did have to leave two messages, but I left them both on the same day so maybe that doesn't count. ...read more

I sent my system in april and received no response from them or my emails. I didn't get a response from them until I sent an email about buying a new ps3 off them. They told me it would be a month (so much for the 'less than a week' advertised on their site). Now their phone line is disconnected and their website is offline.
