So not worth saving a few extra dollars! This company has TERRIBLE customer service. I placed an order 12/12. By 12/21 I still had not revcieved this. Upon calling I was told it would ship in 7 days from the warehouse. by Today 1/9 i STILL don't have it. I called to follow up and the gentleman did call the company and they informed him they just got it in YESTERDAY & shipping today. When I asked to have it shipped priority since it had been order almost a month ago & it was a birthday gift that was not recieved in time for my husband to have for his birthday, I was told that the boss said that since Carhart has been so behind they just take their word for it on shipping times but it is out of their hands. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH?!?! HELLO!??? Not even offered a discount or anything!!!!!!!!!! ...read more

They even let a career criminal like myself break into some guy's home and punch him in the throat. After that they let me steal his car and send him ransom notes. It doesn't get any better than this. I even got a little racist by calling the guy "white devil" but who cares right? = D\t\n\t\nFraud, criminal trespassing, home invasion/burglary, (felonious) assault, felonious theft, extortion, telecommunications harassment. You name it. These guys just don't care! = D\t\n\t\nSure they locked me up for nonpayment of child support again and I do have a violent history of arrests for assault, felonious assault, domestic abuse and child endangerment but you can't win 'em all right? = D\t\n\t\nSure is great being a violent criminal in Columbus, Ohio. Thanks guys! I owe you one. (sniff) =, ) ...read more

This place is terrible. Let me first say, yes I had my car towed and I was angry but not writing this review to slam Columbus for towing my car. I am writing this review to address the poor quality of employees present at the Columbus Impound Lot. When I went up to the window one of the employees was wearing zebra house slippers, a huge t-shirt and sweatpants. I went to the tow window and a woman was watching tv. Not news reports or the weather channel but a Tyler Perry show on BET. Where besides working for the city would this be acceptable? Any other job then the city you would be fired. \t\n\t\nAlso when I asked the people there questions none of them had a correct answer. I found this out by following the advice they told me and later had to pay more fines because of it. It just shows what goes on in the public sector. ...read more
