Really terrible firm to deal with. Rude staff, unreliable agents. We had a pretty bad experience trying to rent something from them. They took our confidential information (unbelievable..sent SSNs via email), kept us in the dark about dealing with another party and finally ditched us at the last minute. I've worked for a renting agency before, so I understand the differences between good ones & not-so.\t\n I was recommended to C.R. by a friend who had a good renter's experience with them before, and I can say that these people are an "excellent" management service for-sure. (Hence the 5-star rating)\t\n\t\n I visited their office (hours are 9:30-5:30 Mon-Fri / Sat 9:00-3:00 / Sun 10:00-4:00), the lady at the front was very helpful & informative. I asked & arranged multiple appointments to see which properties I liked in-person with their rentals agent that day.\t\n I found one that felt right. Application process only took 3-days & I moved in 2 days later. (A good renter's history helps)\t\n Repairs are well-taken care-of. (Addressed within 7 days of submitting a form, in my experience)\t\n Very professional, very attentive. I plan on renting from them for some time in the near future. \t\n\t\n I figured I'd leave a review for them, since typically only angry 'problem tenants' who are in the process of being evicted take the time out of their day to review.
