Todd and MJ are great. I was purchasing a mixer for my pizza shop in Cleveland and they personally came and delievered the mixer set it up showed staff how to use it introduced me to their maintance man incase I had any troubles and I've had the machine for almost a year and it's in perfect working order if you want cheap, local family run business then go them. ...read more

I purchased equipment from this company and it took about 5 weeks before I received the items. In my initial contact with them was told about 3 days. I would give them the benefit of the doubt and figure at least a week maybe 2. But 5 weeks. Come on! That was just the beginning. After inspecting the equipment, I noticed they were not the same as the pics they had sent me. In fact what they had sent me was junk that did not even work. I guess that's what they call the old bait and switch. Which I think is illegal. I had them take the equipment back and was offered better equipment or a refund. Well, I needed the equipment in order to open my business, so I opted for them to send me new equipment. Big Mistake. Another 2 weeks later, still no equipment or refund. They were nice and pleasant in the beginning to make the sale. But after that, it was all downhill. They told me the other equipment was sent out, but refuse to give me any kind of tracking information which leads me to believe the equipment was never sent out. Now they won't even return any messages. Unless you live locally and can deal with them face to face, I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company. I don't see how they have such a high rating if this is how they operate a business. I would give zero stars but it won't give you that option! I've read other complaints.
