There are many respectable companies out there, but this one is not. I bought, and paid in advance, four of their products and hadn't received them until a third party was involved. AND, my order is still not complete. Honestly, I have spent countless hours trying to receive these products that were ordered November 17, and it's now April 22. I 'm still dealing with this issue - CRAZY!!!!!!!!!! Thank goodness I used my American Express. I'm going to hand this frustration over to them, and I'm sure they will help in finding a solution. I used a review of literature titled Nursing Care Ready Reference: Resident Assessment Protocols by Ross Products Division, Abbott Laboratories published in 1997, to support a document that "Acute weight loss is a good indicator of dehydration." And "a BUN /serum Creatinine >20 indicates dehydration" Pages 54 and 55. The review of literature I cited was challenged because the publication is too old.
