Go anywhere else. Rent from anyone else. This place has the worse service I have ever received - of any kind - ever. After taking time off from work to get a hitch put on my car, I had to re-schedule because they overbooked themselves. When I returned on a Saturday morning, I had to stand in line for 50 minutes. It took 2 hours longer than I was told to install the hitch, and when it was done, the back door to my car no longer works. The 20% off they offered me does not financially cover my wasted time or gas spent on what will be at least 3 trips to them, nor does it cover the appointment that I missed while I stood in line Saturday.
