I was involved in an accident and the police called this company to respond. They got out to me quick and took it back to the shop without any problems. My insurance ended up totaling my car and capital towing made it easy to get everything handled. Also there towing shop is the cleanest ive ever seen! ...read more

My car broke and was towed by this company for less than two miles . Did not get a chance to know about the price i end up paying $86.47 . There prices are excessive and unreasonable . Manager explained to me that i did not have to discuss the price . I was not reasonable . I would not recommend this company to any one . Thank you . ...read more

Twice did not disclose charges, were misleading and when challenged, changed stories and outright lied. I was in a car accident and the driver said that I could pay to have my car towed home, or he would tow it to their facility for free and give me an estimate. He did not tell me that not only do they not to body work (so, no estimate), but they charge a daily storage fee. He did spend the whole time giving me a spiel about how his brother could fix my car for much less than the shop. When I figured out a few days later that they were simply letting my car sit there, I had them tow it to a real body shop- who was then charged DOUBLE the towing fee quoted to me on the phone. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and DO NOT recommend this towing place for their dishonest business practices. ...read more
