I have always had a problem finding a backpack that will fit me... but when I came here they outfitted the perfect pack for my back. I have a long torso, but an extremely small waist size-- but they were able to switch everythin around for me so I had a pack that now fits perfectly. I won't ever wear a different pack again. They even warmed the hipbelt and formed it to my waist! I have never had someone do that in a store for me before.
