Like another customer who posted here, I too, had an extremely long wait time after being told it would be 30-40 minutes..."like waiting on a pizza delivery"....yeah right. Once the locksmith arrived he seemed to be slightly intoxicated. He did get the door unlocked but wow! not worth the wait. Call someone else! ...read more

Called at 9:00 p.m. Was told it would be 30 - 40 minutes. At 11:00 p.m., locksmith arrived. That's 120 minutes, not 30 - 40 minutes. And he didn't have a GPS, so he didn't know where we were. Even though he opened the lock, I suggest you call someone else due to the extremely long wait. If he was honest and told me it would be a 2 hour wait, that would be different. ...read more
