These guys are great. They are very concerned that there customers are happy. They truly get to know you and make you feel welcome when you are in the store. I have only been to the store at Hamilton Rd., Columbus about 4-5 times. Each time I have gone in, the one girl is always on the phone and never puts it down for one second while shes servicing you, constantly conversing with her phone companion while you as a customer is ignored. Shes was just going through the motion like a robot, not giving the customer her complete concentration(me). The last time I went in the girl was rude, didnt ac knowledge me at all for 2 minutes at least,then she finally said something, I was the only one in the store at the time. She told me she could only give me a loan for 100.00 because I was on disibilty. I get 729.00 a month, and shes trying to tell me I'm only aloud to have 100.00 dollars?. I was disagreeing with her and telling her she was judging me, she then said she would give me 150.00 dollars, which she did. Why did PATRICE tell me only 100.00 and then decide to give me 150.00 if all her policy allowed her to give me is 100.00? ...read more
