READ ONE OF THIER BILLS AND UNDERSTAND THIER POLICY BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I HAVE SEVERAL ACCOUNTS WITH THEM BECAUSE MY CARRIER SOLD OUT TO THEM. MY BUSINESS IS 30 DAYS TO PAY WHEN I DONT GET PAID OR GET PAID LATE I SCRAMBLE TO PAY THE BILLS I PAID 10 DAYS LATE AND THEY CHARGED ME FINANCE AND LATE FEES. THEY SKIP PICKING UP AT ALL MY PROPERTIES EACH ONE AT LEAST ONCE IN THE PAST MONTH . LAST MONTH I DIDNT KNOW I HAD A LATE FEE I PAID WHAT WAS ON THE BILL AND I DIDNT KNOW THEY WERENT PICKING IT UP FOR THREE WEEKS UNTIL THE TENANT CALLED ME THEY ADDED 24.00 LATE FEE AND WOULDNT PICK IT UP TILL IT WAS PAID.
