Rockin Cleveland Party Bus Service

I rented the 40 person party bus for a birthday party from Canton to Cleveland from 11 pm -3am. I scheduled the bus a month in advance and never heard from them again and they did not provide a phone number for the bus driver. The driver didn't show until 11:20 (twenty minutes late) and I had no way of contacting him when he hadn't showed on time and also the company had closed at 4:00 that day so I couldn't contact him. I told him then that I wanted a discount for his late coming and instead he agreed to extend our time until 3:30 am. This was very nice of him, so I thought. The ride there and back was extremely fun. At the end of the night the driver was very rude and I even stayed behind to help pick up trash and had tipped him over a $100 dollars. The next Monday I receive an email saying I was being charged $75.00 as a late fee because we were dropped off 30 minutes later even though he verbally agreed to this because he showed up late! I called the company and the secretary was very nice and said they would refund me. The driver was a joke though and very rude and tried to say that it was my fault. They're a good company with a lot of potential but they need better/more polite drivers!! ...read more
