I have been a kj for alot of years and have bought and sold alot of my equipment to upgrade, and I have never been more satisfyed with the way that this company and people have treated me, they are very professional and very knowledgable in getting you the consumer the best bang for your buck, and a good piece of mind to know that any of the music that you get isnt pirated ( that could get you into trouble ), So in short yes I would recommend MPA to anyone. This store ROCKS! If you have not yet experienced the warm and personal customer service that is standard operating procedure at this store, you are in for a wonderful surprise. They go way above and beyond what you have ever experienced anywhere else. In addition, they carry a great line of quality products at reasonable prices. Honesty, Fairness, and personalized personal service are words that don't even come close to how they treat their custtomers. I have been amazed and completely satisfied every time I deal with Mad Pro Audio, and you will be, too. One of the best discoveries I have made this century is Mad Pro Audio. I am currently in the market for a karaoke system for home and neighborhood use. I am looking for a system with good sound. I have discussed what I am looking for with different places and none could answer my questions or wanted to spend the time. I found MadProAudio’s site and thought they might be able to understand what I am looking for in a system. I spoke to Jeff De Leva today and he was GREAT. Jeff asked questions until he felt he knew exactly what I wanted. He explained the equipment and what I might need and why. He then followed up with emails that contained photos of equipment with specifications, pricing and options. I was so impressed with Jeff and knew immediately I would be purchasing my system from him. In one of the emails he stated “and I do things no different than I would do for myself in this situation”. The biggest thing that separates the Grasmick Series from your standard systems is that we design systems based upon the actual needs of the customer at the time. We do not let manufacturers tell us what to push. The system includes many of your higher end products such as the Allen&Heath; Zed 12fx mixer, the BBE 382i sw processor, the FAMOUS EV (electro voice) name brand! EV live X speakers, massive BBE equalizer system, top of the line for it's class dj karaoke laptop that has the famous cavs scdg technology. Odyssey flight case, and much more than this. The customer even invested the right money to match the high end system with a high end soundchoice karaoke disc library. The cavs scdg player software for the karaoke portion is the first of it's kind and is the first to be endorsed by an actual karaoke manufacturer of the original cavs dvd scdg players. The dj software is the all new Gemini Groove. Even so, we typically allow customers to try different types in order to match what fits them perfect. The EV Live X speakers and EV amplifiers are one of the most exciting parts of the systems. These speakers are blistering loud at OVER 130 db. Even your bigger clubs are only pushing on an average of 125db. So this is as loud as it gets for a cabinet of it's price range. Unmatched by any other currently. EV has been in business for almost 100yrs. In addition to this. If we were to do a survey asking 100 people if they have heard the name Shure, most often 98% of them would say yes. Then if we ask if they have heard of EV. only 35-40% would say yes. YET did you know that EV supplied parts to Shure for almost 2 decades or that EV was commissioned to do top secret projects in WWII, or that EV was one of the biggest and baddest names used in the TV world for reporters microphones. The list goes on. Now does this mean that this system is the best. NO, yet the combination and care put into makes it the best choice for it's price range. Believe us, we can design a system that is $60,000.00 and we still would never say even that is the best. Skies the limit. Erica Grasmick's original system was designed using weeks of question and answer sessions with our staff. Because she spent the time to design a system that was the best fit for her and gave 100% to her investment and what she thought it took to become a 'TOP RATED" kj host, it is paying off for her. By no means do we imply that kj/dj's that invest much less into a system will not be successful in this market. But rather clearly showing that when you a person wants higher end, you simply have to pay for it. NOT be tricked by the many other retailers into thinking that other systems that cost half that are high end for full blown karaoke/dj. That is impossible and in our opinion, wreckless in nature. It has lead to people wanting to get into the dj/karaoke business thinking that you only need to invest 1-2k into a system and you will be on the top of the world. We ALWAYS tell customers what they NEED to hear. NOT what they WANT to hear. And did you know that if we played the game and told people what they wanted to hear, we would be millionaires like the other retailers out there. We are lucky enough to make a paycheck at the end of the day that is no different than your middle class worker. And we are proud of that. We would much rather have less sales and do what our heart tells us to do. NOT what this market has taught the many unscrupulous salespeople to do! And it is not just us that made a wonderful system. Erica Grasmick played a major role in this because she displays the same type of heart that we do. Our company is made up of group of people that worked at other professional audio stores that were sick and tired of the way your typical retail store operates. We do not believe in your traditional type companies that have one boss and several underpaid employees. We believe that every worker here has the same amount of heart and soul invested into our customers. We do not promise you the world like a used car salesman (no pun intended) just to get your business. You either read into the amount of heart we put into you as a person or you don't. It's that simple. The one thing we understand all too well is that it is very easy to find a cheaper price than us if you look on the internet. Yet the one thing some people fail to realize is that the cheaper price you see DOES NOT mean the better overall deal. 98% of the time, it actually just ends up being a cheaper experience in the long run. You ALWAYS get what you pay for. It's funny that we are even in sales when we tend to really dislike your average salesperson. We LITERALLY go to the ends of the earth to develop a REAL relationship with our customers. We NEVER overcharge our customers.. others simply resort to undercutting because that's what they concentrate on. If you want the cheapest price and do not care what comes with it in the long run, then there are plenty of companies out there dying to have your business. Now if you are sick and tired of what customer service stands for in America anymore and are willing to pay the REALISTIC prices that we offer.
