You will be quoted one price upon renting, only to be told sorry that we lied to you but that was a special (although never once were you told that) and your rent will skyrocket the following year. One month after moving in, garbage disposal broke, washer broke, closet doors broke, kitchen drain extremely slow, and none of the above have ever worked since and that was almost two years ago. But, your rent will be increased, a lot. If you wish to month to month, it is $100 more PER MONTH, even though almost all other apartments only charge $50. Basically, the company has not complied with the lease from the day I moved in and they care nothing about being illegal. If you want to deposit your rent in court, you will be asked not to renew your lease, even though this is called retaliation and is illegal. They care only about money and see their tenants as being nothing more than walking piles of money with no feelings what so ever. ...read more
