Horrible water bill is included in your rent. But the water bill is always late, causing you to have to pay a $50.00 late fee if rent plus water is not paid on the 1st of the month. You will be quoted one price upon renting, only to be told sorry that we lied to you but that was a special (although never once were you told that) and your rent will skyrocket the following year. One month after moving in, garbage disposal broke, washer broke, closet doors broke, kitchen drain extremely slow, and none of the above have ever worked since and that was almost two years ago. Basically, the company has not complied with the lease from the day I moved in and they care nothing about being illegal.
