Todd Eberhardt took $4,000 as down payment from me for a job. That's the last I've seen of him since January! He saw that I am in a wheelchair so he figured easy pickins. His voice mail is always full and if I ever do catch him answering, it's because I used a phone he is not familiar with. Even then, it's one lie after another.
