Accurate Labs rented an office for a very brief amount of time but had their own phone number. They did NOT have our permission to use our phone number. ...read more

We are very dissatisfied with Accurate Laboratories service. We submitted a specimen in May to be analyzed and still have no results. We paid for this service in full and have yet to see any results. We have called the company on eight occasions, and speak to a receptionist each time who tells us the president of the company "will call you back." We are still waiting for the call.
