I called them on tuesday for a flight that weekend. They wouldn't even talk to me until I paid for their service on their web site. Then they told me that they couldn't do same day passports because the passport office doesn't do them anymore. I demanded a refund (which I got after two more compalints to pete three weeks AFTER I got back from my trip). I ended up calling another company who also wasn't the best, but they did get my passport same day and I had it in time for my trip. I needed 15 copies of a Powerpoint presentation that needed to go out to potential clients within a 45 minute time frame.
