I have been a consignor and customer at the West Chester location for 10 years and have always had a positive experience. The staff is very good at knowing what will sell at their store so, they always have top-of-the-line merchandise. The manager there is wonderful; always friendly and helpful. Any time I have a question she takes the time to explain it to me. She also makes it a point to greet me as I enter the store, even remembering my name! \t\n\t\nI have never had problems with the items I've consigned...I've made good money on items I would have otherwise donated to Goodwill. I was there this past Saturday and despite how busy the associates were the young lady took the time to help me find accessories to match the outfit I was purchasing for an event that evening. The store/displays always look great reminding me of what you would see in a Macys or Neimun Marcus. Overall, I would recommend the Snooty Fox to anyone wanting to find high fashions at reasonable prices! ...read more
