I can only comment on the 3-day delay in shipping because I haven't received my order yet. I'm just disappointed because they didn't even process my order til 1 1/2 days after I placed it on line. I could have ordered directly from the manufacturer (Lobster, Inc) but to save $25 shipping I went through Midwest Sports. What a mistake, as I was in a hurry. Instead of shipping on Monday (Lobster would have) my order wasn't processed until Wednesday and will be shipped on Thursday. When I called, they were nice but that won't allow me to use my ball machine this weekend. If you're in a hurry, go elsewhere. ...read more

Spoken to a sales rep and purchased a yonex tennis racket for an advertised sale price of $90.00 and was told that it should arrived within a week. Well, 3 days later, I checked my CC statement was actually charged $165.00, a $75.00 extra. I called them, spoken to a lady who seems very calm and helpful, explained wot happened, told me that the racket was NOT ship yet, ( after 3 days) later on i got this impression that shes aware of this "false advertisement scam" and tried to lured me with...."throwing extra strings ( string, not of my liking) and free shipping. Needless to say, after 15-20 mins of aggravation, I finally agreed. $165.00 total.\t\n\t\nThere are lotsa online tennis outlet outhere. I will not shop here no more. Pls be warned.\t\n\t\n ...read more

What can one say about a chain store? At least the prices are consistent. In the case of this particular location, though, I have to give a thumb's down. The employee staff is unhelpful; usually standing around talking to each other instead of helping customers who've entered the store. Ask a question and half the time, you'll get a smirk before they start walking towards the merchandise, expecting you to follow them (this isn't true of ALL of the employees there, but most, in my experience). The selection is poor, especially clothes. The store seems to become increasing untidy throughout the day; show up just before closing and you'll find items lying around on the floor (you'll also find employees who are annoyed that you came in just before they closed). Management needs to start paying attention, here. ...read more
