Stay away at all costs! We moved into a house owned by Lamba after they agreed to a list of repairs they said would be done before the start of our lease. At move in some of them had been pushed back, but most of the work they told us they had done we found out they had blatantly lied to our faces about. Additionally, they were asking us to stay home from work several times a week to meet with workers who were doing work we were told would be done before we even moved in. There were other serious health and safety concerns such as exposed wires, black mold, and extensive water damage which caused mushrooms to grow in the bathroom! This house was uninhabitable and the property manager constantly deceived us so we had to leave after only one month, losing nearly $2000 in the security deposit. After paying essentially 3 month's rent for only one month in conditions that are legally unlivable, I have to wonder if that's not just their scam to make money. ...read more
