We called Dave on 1/5 to have our drain cleaned, due to our work schedule our appointment was on 1/6. He came out on 1/6, my husband was running late and our neighbor let him in. He cleaned the drain and said there was a 30 day guarantee. I called on 1/12, 1/15 and today 1/17 when it backed up again and again. I have yet to hear back. I can get it to clear with when I take a plunger to it but feel I shouldn't have to deal with it if there is a guarantee. $150 to get your pipes cleaned may seem like a good deal but it's only temporary and they don't back up their guarantee. Save yourself the time and hassle and call Roto Rooter or DuPont. If I receive a call back I will edit this review but I don't see that happening. ...read more

We hired Oswald Baker on 1/6/14 to finish our basement. He said it would take 2 weeks. As of 3/8/14, it was still unfinished. One of his sub-contractors told us he has left at least one other job unfinished before, and in both of our cases Oswald was ahead in money. Additionally, the quality of his work was very poor. He also caused damaged to other parts of the house and refused to fix them properly. There were things with the job that he didn't tell us about until halfway into the job. For example, he framed the bathroom ceiling lower than the door frame (you can imagine how silly this looked). He comes up with VERY low bids, so the price seems nice.
