Just to let you know, I don''t know what this police officer was talking about . This office treated me wonderful from the time I called for an appointment. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I think this officer has a grudge to bear or maybe it is their competition lashing out. Donna's Cookies are wonderful. That part I'm not going to beat around the bush about. My husband loves them! We have sent them as gifts to people and recommended them to many people in the area.\t\n\t\nI went to pick some up for him on Valentine's Day, which happened to be a Monday. However, I did not know they were closed on Mondays. I walked up to the door, lights were on, people were in side, cookies were in the case, and the door was unlocked...but their hours said closed on Monday. I thought maybe they were open special that day since it was Valentine's. \t\n\t\nI opened the door and was greeted by the most unwelcoming face. Confused, I asked, ""Are you closed?"" The lady replied, ""YES!,"" and proceeded to pull the door shut right in my face, with my hand still on the door. The door was literally closed in my face like I was a criminal. I am a 7 month pregnant woman--I couldn't look any less threatening.\t\n\t\nNow, I'm not upset that they were closed. But there was certainly a more courteous way in which to handle that. ""I'm sorry, we're closed today, but try us again tomorrow!"" (with a smile) would have been perfectly acceptable.
