I had an accident in NYC before moving back to Cincinnati. My Acura was repaired on Long Island with over $10,000 in damages. I got my car back the day before we moved back to Cincy. The repair was done horribly. Upon my return, I took my car to Ron who went completely through it. He then contacted the body shop in New York and repaired my car correctly. It had to be totally taken apart and start from scratch as even the paint did not match. The repair was done perfectly. The body shop in New York paid Ron to do the repair correctly. He was able to do this because of his expertise and attention to detail. The professional attitude and ability to immediately point out how wrong the first repair was proved to me that I had to just give it to Ron and he would take care of it. The customer service was impeccable, he kept me updated on the job from start to finish. I would not take my business to anyone else in the future and would rate this shop as best of the best. i had weather stripping placed on my car at ron's complete auto at 2308 QUEBEC and it has been a nightmare they glue the weather stripping on both sides and i could not remove me top when i went to show RON his employee attempted to remove it and broke me header molding RON started yelling and blaming everyone but his self i was threathened and talked down on RON'S COMPLETE AUTO repaired a bumper on my car it took about 2months to get my car back and when it was returned to me it had scratches on it where they were trying to replace the bumper he had his employee to spray something on it and wipe with a rag and i still have these scratches on my car i have tried talking to RON but he blames everyone and everything but himself and then he theratened me so out of fear of what could happen to me if i go back SINCE HE GETS VERY UPSET SO EASILY i have decided to take him to small claims court because his attitude is off the chain he goes from zero to 60 in seconds ...... ...read more
